It’s a perfect ring of rain around Dublin… Screen capture of the Met Eireann rainfall radar this morning. Spotted by @psneeze on Twitter. Is this a weather control experiment by the government? Could it be the big thing that digs the country out of the economic hole? Imagine, a world where we can control rainfall like that. The stuff of fantasy – maybe, or maybe not…. woooo… den den dennnnn.
