DinoHeads

What better way to remember a visit to the Ulster Museum than a plastic head of a T-Rex. Classy.

Many years ago, and I hang my head in shame since I am normally ‘classy’, I bought a dozen of those heads (yes, AJ, on occasion of a visit to the local dinosaur museum – £1.00 a piece). Their heads were green – as befits those who largely live on vegetation rather than relying on catching the odd rabit running past. My son and my nephews loved them – though, of course, in this age of increased life expectancy yet deliberate obsolence in the manufacturing industry, they didn’t last long. Just as well, who wants a dinosaur snapping at their heels for ever?
