Shite shovelling business opportunity in Killarney advertised

Via the Add.ie website comes the above advertisement.

The famed jarvey rides in Killarney National Park are at a standstill over the amount of horse shite deposited along the various routes around the lake. Happy memories of holidaying down in that part of the world and taking a trip on one of the jarveys too.

Would a simple solution not be to just get the jarvey operators to clean up after them. Presumably they are making money down there, so why not clean up too. Every business has a cost associated with it – so should they. Maybe they do a bit already, but seems ridiculous if they don’t do it properly.

Only in Ireland.

AJ, that’s when pegs (for your nose) come in useful. Not being fond of riding (the saddle too high for my liking) I have never had to clean up after a horse or a pony. Not that I would mind.

However, I can talk with some authority on cows and their offerings. I know, for a fact, that there is no contest between a FRESH cow pat and one of those many sized balls that the equine produce. The former you will not live down in a hurry. Yet a DRIED cow pat is not only fragrant, can be stood upon without ill effect, it’s a work of art.
