AJ, I don't know about spreads and Soduko's charm has so far escaped me. But as one who is from the generation of a table!spoon full of sweetened codliver oil administered every morning I can't extoll virtues of Omega 3 enough. I am still standing!

Lucky Felix gets same now in pill form washed down with a most refreshing hydrating glass of water. Though, of course, he is most sceptical at this his mother's last stance on some sort of parental authority, neither would I dream of claiming that they have anything to do with his sailing through school and college with shockingly good grades.

As I keep saying "It's all in the jeans/genes/greens, mackerel and herring" (Sardines stink out the house).
