Get a Brian Cowen mask and call to all the doors of the over 70's OAP's in your area saying " Gis your medical card, help the Fianna Fail Party ... I mean help the Halloween party.” Now that’s scary. PS if you can’t get a Cowen mask then a Brian Lenihan mask will do but under no circumstances should you substitute a Mary Harney mask, that would just be too scary.
