The BBC used to test new talent on radio first(Mighty Boosh would've been one of the last ones), now they do it on bbc 3&4 but some people(eg. Chris Addison) still done radio first. let’s ignore those last 3 you said and replace them with On the Hour(renamed the Day Today for television), The League of Gentlemen, 15 minutes of misery(renamed 15 storeys high for television), absolute power and Fist of Fun.
