I don’t go to the hairdresser myself, but if I did I think this would be the last place to go. Who would want to go to a fake hairdressers? Maybe this is a code word in Amsterdam (where the photo was taken) for really good weed? Whatever, it is an excellent example of what the Blog of Unnecessary Quotation Marks is all about.
