Stop the lights – what Terry Prone did next

By aj@lecraic

After Terry Prone’s departure from Carr Communication in February, business leaders all over the country were no doubt sweating bricks wondering how they were going to bury bad news stories without the Super T to help.

They needn’t have worried, as recruitment ads appeared a few short weeks later looking for “doggedly honest workaholics” for the Communications Clinic. Those motivated by money were told not to waste their time because the company “might offer you half what you’re currently paid”. Presumably this is because the nice jobs paid for by the Irish taxpayer haven’t been landed by the Clinic folk?

At least they are out there now, touting for business and catching the eye of government ministers with this clever ad seen in the Sunday Tribune. If you’re going to advertise a PR company, I’d say this is about the best way to do it – show some personality.

If you click through to their website, you can read a bit more about who’s who in the Clinic.
