It still isn't easy to let go of something, but the art is picking the right person to do the right job. I do try not to bring everything down to The Apprentice (honest!) but watch this week and see how few of them really understand the art of delegation. It is also the same with your post on haggling and the use of the name of the person you are dealing with - do it subtly and it is successful, but watch the Apprentice mob overdo it to the point it just becomes annoying. Like most things in life, finding the right balance is very important. I can see some similarities with my own learning curve regarding self-employment.
