@Thrift - I must keep the peanut butter thing in mind for next time I do a hill walk. I did Mountain Skills 1 in Novemeber and never got round to doing part 2 due to work but there is a hillwalking course coming up that I might go in if it fits with work.</description>

		<description>Marmite was what I got in school, my only complaint was there was never enough butter mixed in. But if you go hillwalking nothing beats white bread and peanut butter. Carb hit fast, fat to sustain and protien to help restore your shredded muscle tissue.</description>
