Don’t know what to make of these Antipoleez breath mints. The manufacturers say that

“AntiPoleez eliminates bad breath resulting from consumption of alcohol, tobacco and food. Unlike breath fresheners and gum AntiPoleez does not just mask the unwanted odor with heavy mint or fruit scent, it eliminates it and does not leave any other.”

Obviously they are at great pains to drive home the message not to drink and drive, but why call them Antipoleez then? Why put out a product that gives some idiot the excuse to drink and drive.

Blather.net has been running for 11 years and been keeping tabs on weird happenings all over Ireland. They have put together a rather excellent google map with links to stuff that would keep you awake at night. I just never realised that there WAS so much weirdness out there. Be afraid….

Oh how I would love to get this box of electronics. It’s a phone jammer. I am seriously sick and tired of having to listen to other peoples mobile phone conversations on the bus. In my opinion it’s just bad manners but I’d say I’m in the minority on that one.
